Assuming your using our management system our Guest Support team will answer all enquiries and use a smart prioritisation system to ensure that the questions are answered usually within 1 hour.
We can provide standard email templates, such as reminders for cleaning services or welcome messages to guests.
Remember we are trying to provide the best 'guest experience' so being readily available is vital to us. Please refer to your management package that you have chosen as optimiser only is unlikely to feature this benefit.
