What is the policy for cancelled bookings?
For GUESTS: Please check with the original booking platform and the listed terms and conditions as per your original booking. If you have booked directly and wish to cancel within 48 hours of booking it is free of charge, however after this period the reservation is non-refundable. For HOSTS: Depending on the platform the booking was made and who canceled the reservation, Roost will either charge a fixed fee of £50 or a certain percentage (2-5%) on your billing plan.
